oretta explores how we can address inequality, oppression, and hate in an atmosphere of political division and fast-paced technological progress, and shares experiences that helped her form more effective strategies to solve social problems collectively and build inclusive movements that fight oppression with love, hope, and community instead of hate, anger, and vengeance.

UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES

This March the ĢƵ Abortion Care & Reproductive Health Project invites ĢƵ members to join in celebrations that honor the vital work of abortion care providers, acknowledge the challenges they face, and shower them with gratitude, appreciation, and love.

Mini-grants between $100-$250 are available to ĢƵ members and chapters to support local gatherings and actions during March. Grants can support action supplies, thank you card postage, food and beverages at celebrations. Action sample ideas include: thank yous posted to Instagram @ĢƵnational – ; thank you calls or postcards to supportive policy makers (we can provide mailing addresses and phone numbers), other ideas? Be creative!
