Sohawm Sengupta is a 4th year MD/MPH candidate at the Medical College of Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology and minored in public health.

Sohawm serves as the Georgia Lead of the Digital Rural Health project and has partnered with leaders across the state to identify deployment sites, train new volunteers, and develop sustainable curriculum and reproducibility for the project. He is passionate about addressing barriers to rural care by empowering individuals to feel more comfortable with their digital health literacy.

Aerica Worrell

Aerica Worrell is a junior at the University of Georgia majoring in Regenerative Bioscience, with a minor in Health Policy and Management on the pre-medical track. At UGA, she has been awarded the National Stamps Scholarship and is a UGA Foundation Fellow.

Aerica serves as President of UGA’s Ģ��Ƶ (Ģ��Ƶ), the university’s largest pre-medical organization, where she leads initiatives to support and connect aspiring healthcare professionals. She is deeply committed to addressing healthcare disparities and improving access for underserved and under-resourced populations. As a leader in Ģ��Ƶ’s Digital Rural Health Corps, Aerica works to reduce barriers to care in rural communities while empowering fellow undergraduates to engage in meaningful, service-driven healthcare initiatives.

Nour Louisa Badaoui is a third-year Biomedical Sciences major at the University of Cincinnati pursuing a career in medicine. She first joined the program in September of 2025, where she has subsequently contributed at Ohio deployments. Through her involvement in Ģ��Ƶ and DRHI, she is passionate about bridging gaps in healthcare by helping patients better understand and access digital health resources. Nour enjoys connecting with others and hopes to contribute to a more compassionate and accessible healthcare system.

Essence Dobbelare-Buchanan

Essence is a second year Biological Sciences student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing pre-medicine with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She first joined the program in August of 2025, where she has since operated as (insert positions here). Prior to graduating high school in Toledo Ohio, Essence resided within Paulding County, OH; a rural community in Northwest Ohio. Essence has worked closely with DRHI, spearheading items such as hosting training sessions at UC, organizing new Spanish-oriented deployments, and writing the monthly newsletter.
